BLUF: We seek a HVAC Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our client’s facility located in York, Maine.

This job opportunity is ideal for separating / newly separated E-5 to E-7 personnel with management and leadership experience particularly in maintenance, logistics, and transportation military occupational specialties.

Military Talent Source seeks an HVAC Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to work in an office setting and support processes that include but are not limited to organizing and maintaining daily schedules based on call priority and technician availability.  Responsible for Service Department productivity and profitability by coordinating service calls and dispatching service technicians and fuel delivery.  The Service Coordinator promotes safety and quality in the shop and on job sites, reviews time cards, works with sales and service staff and coordinates with Management on training.  Manages Inventory, creates purchase and service orders and maintenance agreements and delivers a high level of customer service.  Opportunity for professional growth. This position is located in York, ME.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Organizing and maintaining daily schedules based on call priority and technician availability.
  • Responsible for Service Department productivity and profitability by coordinating service calls and dispatching service technicians and fuel delivery.

Education, Experience & Certifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar military or civilian environment or industry.
  • Inventory Management, Logistics or Transportation experience.
  • Familiarity with Dispatching Software or ability to learn.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Valid Driving License with Clean Driving Record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Including Word and Excel

Salary Range $45,000-$50,000 to start depending on experience with an opportunity to grow.
