Retired United States Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer with 21 years of service. Former president & CEO of one of Maine’s largest chambers of commerce. I spent the latter years of my military career advising senior officers and helping service members reach their full potential. My first job out of the service was interacting with corporate C-suites and assisting over 1,200 companies do business and improve business by addressing needs and challenges. I understand both the military and corporate cultures. I’ve had to navigate both and I have come to understand the challenges both cultures face in trying to interact with the other. Most importantly, I have discovered how to break through the barriers and overcome the challenges that will result in matching military talent with corporate opportunities. Two different cultures with different norms and different languages. You need a translator— I’m here to help.

I’ve spent my entire career in the corporate civilian sector working, managing, and leading sales and operations, training, recruiting, and management. Having developed customers in a wide array of verticals I have the ability to identify and understand what is important to a company, and then translate that into a solution.I’ve experienced firsthand the workforce development challenges companies are facing today. I also understand the barriers and challenges traditional recruiting processes present when it comes to matching military talent with corporate opportunities. I can help guide companies to reach and retain the talent they know exists but have been unable to get.


Director, Veteran Employment Engagement & Strategy

Retired United States Army National Guard Recruiting Sergeant Major with over 25 years military experience. My experience includes serving as a Local Veterans Employment Representative (LVER), Disabled Veterans Outreach Program (DVOP), at the Maine Department of Labor, served as a Family Assistance Center (FAC) Coordinator and FAC Specialist the Maine Military Family Assistance Center, assisting military families of deployed service members and their families. My 25 years serving my country includes 6 years Active Duty stationed at FT. Carson, Co and Berlin, Germany, 18 plus years serving in the Maine Army National Guard as an Active Guard Reserve (AGR) soldier.
